- This role will play a critical part in spearheading organizational development, people development, and technical growth initiatives while acting as a strategic architect of our L&D strategies.
- Manages and ensure the expansion of the Apprenticeship Program in the region.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven track record 7+ in a leadership role within Learning & Development, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
