- The Head of IT Audit is responsible for all audit activities related to enterprise technology and relationships with an assigned group of MassMutual technology functions and/or businesses.
- Leading a team of professionals, the Head of IT Audit possesses and maintains a broad and deep understanding of these businesses/functions, develops audit plans to address the applicable risks and activities, conducts audit work to analyze risks and controls, and provides reporting to relevant stakeholders.
- The Head of IT Audit is a member of the Corporate Audit leadership team and is also responsible for leading and contributing to various Corporate Audit division wide initiatives and activities.
- The impact you will have on the organization at large will come from implementing and driving the IT Audit strategy, evaluating company practices, processes, controls, governance, and risk management.
- Work in partnership with audit management, business IT management and other risk/control functions to ensure that Company IT processes, business activities, and internal controls are effective in managing operational, financial, regulatory and business risks.
