- The head rodeo coach is responsible for working with the LCCC Foundation to raise operational and scholarship funds for the rodeo program.
- Communicate and actively engage the necessary college departments/parties such as Financial Aid, Admissions, Director of Athletics, and the Assistant Director of Athletics when offering Scholarships
- Manage the facility and livestock by coordinating, planning, and communicating with all campus programs that utilize the agriculture and arena facilities to obtain equitable access that meets the needs of all programs including but is not limited to the Director of Athletics, Assistant Director of Athletics, Program Director of Agriculture, Manager of Agriculture/Equine Facilities, Instructors, and other coaches.
- Assist Manager of Agriculture/Equine Facilities as needed in the procurement of feed, hay, supplies and bedding.
- Assist Manager of Agriculture/Equine Facilities as needed in the procurement of material, supplies, equipment and services for rodeo related livestock.
