- The GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEER works under the general supervision of the department head, a senior geotechnical engineer or project manager to support the project team as directed to assure project success and client satisfaction.
- that may require resolution Office duties include meeting with project team to determine objectives and prepare proposal defining scope of services and associated fees Assist with project set-up, invoicing Perform geotechnical analysis (interpreting site specific field data, lab results and analytical findings) and calculations utilizing software applications to prepare various designs and reports for final review.
- JOB REQUIREMENTS EDUCATION AND/OR WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering, Geology, or related discipline from an accredited university.
- 3-6 years' experience in the field of geotechnical engineering is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Geotechnical report preparation, computer-based data analysis and development of appropriate Geotechnical recommendations.
