Position: Clinical Social Worker Annual Salary Ranges: Telehealth/Headquarters/Onsite: <ul><li> $91,716 – $120,132 – Licensed </li><li>$85,248 – $111,660 – Pre-Licensed </li></ul> Clinical Social Workers providing in-person care in an inpatient unit will receive: <ul><li> $105,468 – $138,144 – Licensed </li><li>$98,028 – $128,400 – Pre-Licensed </li></ul>Recruitment and Retention Bonus for clinicians newly hired with the State of CA and providing in-person care has been restructured to provide a 1% bonus for the first 7 years, increasing by 1% year over year, maxing at a 7% bonus by year 7.
