- The General Manager position is used to ensure that the store runs smoothly and is up to standard.
- The General Manager is the first point of contact for the Team Members of their store for any form of issues.
- In charge of making sure the store has enough cash on hand which will require bank runs as needed.
- Whether it is working on portioning with the team, making sure there isn't over prepping / wasting a lot of product.
- Review the store environment - identify problems, concerns, and opportunities for improvement and communicate these to the Area Manager.
