- The Store Manager is responsible for the entire store operations, in conjunction with the Store Management, including program execution and product implementation along with maximizing store efficiencies, inventory control, foodservices, ordering, receiving and rotation of products, quality of raw and finished products, sanitation and preparation schedules, inspections and follow-up in the assigned store.
- Responsible for assuring orders are ready for placement at telemarketer designated time.
- Perform weekly and month end inventories on all cost accounting items, where applicable.
- Ensure proper garbage disposal/recycling requirements met for foodservice.
- Review the Western Union and Lottery statements monthly.
