- The General Engineer/Architect: Programming assesses applicable cost basis, and investigates applicable recent, relevant project data that could serve to improve the fidelity of the cost estimate.
- In conjunction with the primary duty of programming, on a less frequent basis, the General Engineer/Architect: Programming may perform work in the construction management, program/base development, and/or operations and maintenance (O&M) functions.
