-Description of Duties-
$23.56 an hour
Painting to complete high-quality jobs – some internal painting some external
Working with other Klosterman Baking Company team members throughout the job process to ensure expectations are being met
Completing preparation and painting work in priority order, adhering to deadlines set by management
Always working safely and in accordance with OSHA and company safety standards
Being mindful of all Food Safety Policies and procedures, following all GMP and uniform requirements
Requirements
Minimum (3) years of experience in interior and exterior painting work
Willing to learn new procedures and skills
Self-starter who is able to work independently
Comfortable with ladder work
Required to purchase slip-resistant shoes prior to start date
