As an Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) Recruiter with the ability to; recruit, source, and connect construction professionals with top construction firms throughout the Nation. Full remote role, with semi-annual team visits/retreats. What You Need for this Position
Have 2+ years of Sales/Recruiting/Business Development experience
Specific sales / proven billing background
Have a fundamental understanding or interest in the AEC Industry.
BS/BA in Business, Construction, or Similar is Preferred. (Not required)
Eager to build a career, not just find another job.
Have an insatiable thirst to be successful, drive to be the best, and motivation to make it all happen
