If you don't totally blow the interview you could be responsible for Shinesty's order fulfillment, ensuring inventory accuracy, assisting with receiving, and general warehouse cleanliness. Pay $16/hr plus additional quarterly, 90 day, evaluations regarding pay and preformance. Morning weekday and Saturday shifts available. Extremely flexible scheduling. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: <ul><li>Maintain 99.99% Order Fulfillment Accuracy:</li><ul><li>Accurately pick, pack and ship orders</li><li>Restock and maintain station cleanliness per daily duties</li><li>Maintain aisle/pick bin organization and cleanliness</li></ul><li>Inventory control through cycle counts and frequent inventory checks</li><li>Assist with warehouse receiving and product movement</li><li>Maintain equipment maintenance and cleanliness</li><li>Ensure compliance with safety codes, policies and procedures of Shinesty and standards established by OSHA</li><li>Stellar communication interdepartmental</li><li>Demonstrate company values and visions with a kick-ass attitude</li><li>Show up for your shifts, on time</li><li>If you are the hardest working, most bad-ass, chillest of the wiliest, you may have an opportunity to stay on the team become full-time </li></ul>Requirements The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. <ul><li>This position may require long periods of standing</li><li>Regularly required to use hands to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms and talk or hear</li><li>Occasionally lift and/or move objects up to 49lbs</li><li>Frequently required to sit, climb, or balance</li><li>Specific vision required for this job includes close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust and focus </li></ul>This position will require the flexibility to work diverse schedules, including evenings, weekends and holidays. As well as standard warehouse equipment such as tablets, scanners, hand dollies, pallet jacks, and forklifts.
