- In addition to these functions the Front of House Manager's objective is to assure that the dining and bar area is managed properly in order for all servers and bartenders to succeed and for all guests to enjoy their dining experience.
- Duties & Responsibilities: While servers are mostly taking care of guests in their section, every guest that enters the restaurant is a guest of the FOH manager.
- Meet weekly with the General Manager to discuss specials, menu changes, special events, server/bartender issues, marketing ideas, and any other issue that you have in the FOH. Answer questions about our food, beverages and other restaurant functions and services when the servers/bartenders need your assistance.
- Work with the Point-of-Sale computer to become the foremost expert in the entire restaurant (for server/bartender functions).
- FOH Manager is ultimately responsible for the overall cleanliness of the front of house.
