- The Food Safety and Quality Control Manager ensures compliance to company and regulatory quality, safety and environmental policies and programs, including staff compliance to all employee manual, dress code and hygiene.
- Support all aspects of the Parker’s Kitchen Food Service program with a specific focus on Quality and Food Safety programs.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of our facilities, equipment, and processes (both in delivered food and non-food products, raw materials, and finished products) to identify any potential hazards, areas for improvement.
- Identifies Food Safety Opportunity Stores and partners with the kitchen team, store manager and district manager to develop and implement and action plan to correct issues.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies related to food safety, food production, and quality control.
