- Dining areas include The Mixed Grill and Lounge, The Oak Room (Mens Lounge), Outdoor Terrace and Veranda, Dining Room, all Private Event spaces, Sports Complex, Pool Concessions, and Lodge.
- Assists the Clubhouse Manager in the development of the operating budget for the multiple food and beverage outlets.
- Responsible for working with the Assistant General Manager and Clubhouse Manager on employee reviews and disciplinary action when needed.
- Assists the Clubhouse Manager in completing monthly beverage inventories within the outlets.
- Accepts member complaints and works with the Clubhouse Manager to provide solutions to achieve member satisfaction in a professional and timely manner.
