A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A MEMBER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE / TELLER As an entry-level Member Service Representative/Call Center Representative, you cheerfully greet current and prospective members, taking the time to really listen to their needs. You always make a great first impression and enjoy nurturing relationships with our members. With your great customer service skills, you help solve problems and provide information about our credit union and the banking services we offer.
