- The floater works in multiple homes, as assigned by the ABA Program Supervisor, to provide shift coverage as needed for PTO requests, open shifts, and emergency shift coverage.
- In the absence of a Program Supervisor, the floater will report to the ABA Quality Assurance Specialist.
- Work schedules will be communicated through Paylocity.
- Completes Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) approved Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) course sequence within two (2) months of being assigned and passes RBT exam within one (1) month of completing course sequence.
- Respond in a timely manner to all shift offers from their assigned ABA Program Supervisor, or designee.
