- Must be able to Inspect the Entire Wet Sprinkler System, Dry Sprinkler System, Wet Standpipe, Dry Standpipe, Siamese Connections, Ball Drips, Valves, Piping, Fittings, Sprinkler Heads, Flow Detector Switches, Tamper Switches, Gauges, Signs, Supports, Fire Pump, Jockey Pump, Water motor Gong Alarm, Air Compressor, Dry Valve, Hose Cabinets, Hose Racks, Fire Hose, Hose Outlet Valves, Gravity Tank, and Pressure Tank.
- Must be able to Replace and Install FDNY Approved Signs.
- Conduct routine preventative maintenance on fire suppression systems
