- We are especially encouraging applicants who are or were journeyman and/or master electricians, who have prior experience installing EMT and rigid conduit, who are willing to learn the low voltage fire alarm side.
- The duties of this position include: testing and inspection of fire alarm systems; preventive maintenance with knowledge of multiple manufacturers’ products; installation of conduit (ideally both EMT and rigid; and a willingness to train others on their installations); daily communication with internal staff and external customers; completion of daily safety forms (site specific from the customer and internal company forms).
- Daily communications with Schedule Coordinator or Direct Supervisor regarding delays, requirements and general status of jobs
- Work with Project Manager, Schedule Coordinator and Office Administrative Staff to ensure complete closeout and turnover of contract jobs to the client (Confirm that work is completed so it can be billed in full)
