- Responsible for the analysis of the general ledger to allow accurate and timely financial reporting in conformity with GAAP, SEC, reporting, and policies and procedures set forth by GBCI. Manages the bank's financial budget process, implements new processes, and contributes to the organization's success by providing valuable financial insights and supporting various strategic initiatives.
- Manage the cost accounting function, covering funds transfer pricing, cost allocation methodologies, and profit/cost center profitability.
- Comply procedures, assist in supporting internal and external audit exams, including SOX compliance and control self-assessments.
- Advanced working knowledge of GAAP and financial processes including internal controls, budgeting, financial closure, and SOX controls.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include: The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading; visual inspection involving small defects, small parts, and/or operation/inspection of machines and/or using measurement devices at distances close to the eyes.
