We are seeking a seasoned Financial Controller to join our growing team. You will play a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of our financial operations, focusing on FP&A and its integration with manufacturing processes. As a trusted advisor to senior management, you'll provide financial and operational insights that drive strategic decision-making and enhance profitability. Responsibilities <ul> <li>Lead the FP&A process, including financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.</li> <li>Partner with operations to develop and implement cost-reduction initiatives.</li> <li>Oversee the month-end closing process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.</li> <li>Manage financial reporting and ensure compliance with accounting standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS).</li> <li>Provide insightful financial analysis and reporting to support strategic business objectives.</li> <li>Manage internal controls and ensure the integrity of financial data.</li> <li>Partner with other departments (e.g., Sales, Operations) to ensure alignment and support business goals.</li> <li>Demonstrate a strong working knowledge of tax regulations and principles relevant to the company's industry and operations.</li> <li>Collaborate with external tax advisors to ensure tax accuracy and compliance.</li> <li>Stay abreast of evolving tax laws and regulations.</li> <li>NetSuite expertise will be highly valued.
