- Setplex is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Finance & Administration Manager to be the hands-on ‘owner’ of various aspects of bookkeeping and office operations, as well as limited human resource responsibilities.
- The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set, encompassing strong organizational abilities, financial systems acumen, and the ability to create repeatable processes.
- This individual will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of our back-office operations, including but not limited to financial and administrative tasks, and facilities management.
- Serve as the office and building manager, ensuring a conducive work environment
- Basic bookkeeping that includes, but is not limited to, AP/AR, journal entries and the use of a 3 rd -party payroll processor
