- This individual will play a crucial role in providing technical support, control, configuration, and maintenance of desktops, laptops, and point of sale (POS) hardware across our enterprise.
- Knowledge of the Freedom Pay payment provider and experience in the hospitality industry, particularly with POS systems, is highly desirable.
- Provide 1st & 2nd level support for PC, laptop, peripherals, and other equipment.
- Install, configure, repair/upgrade computers and software, troubleshoot desktop printers.
- Assist with the receipt, staging, configuration, and shipping of equipment for new sites/users.
