- SUMMARY Under general supervision, the Facility Specialist, Janitor is responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly Building / Facility, performs a variety of semi-skilled tasks and may assist in duties involving Carpentry, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC skills, operation of various power tools, and light-to-medium related equipment.
- ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Maintain offices, cubical, conference rooms, restrooms, and or any other office space clean and in orderly fashion.
- Prepare conference rooms with coffee, drinks, and or food (when required) Maintain Storage areas (neat and clean) Maintains cleanliness of exterior grounds (bay areas, lobby entrances, etc.,) Floors must be maintained daily to ensure cleanliness, free of dirt and debris, obstacles, and trip/slip hazards.
- Check office and warehouse lighting weekly and report outages to your supervisor.
- Operate sweeper/lift in accordance with OSHA requirements.
