- The Facilities Technician II is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations, coordinating and/or performing facilities maintenance-related activities.
- Takes appropriate action with resolving issues related to equipment/furniture maintenance and repair, electrical, lighting, HVAC, workplace safety, and other general operations and maintenance needs.
- Supports CRC and Business Continuity Tests.
- Ability to work extended hours and support Catastrophe Operations if needed.
- Familiar with general office operations and maintenance, terminology, and trades (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Painting, Carpentry, etc.)
