- Oversees the capital improvements at the AHOwned Residential Communities managed by Property Manager-Developer companies (PMDs) and ensures the work complies with AHA intent.
- Partners with the PMDs to prioritize capital improvement projects based on PNA (Property Needs Assessment) and engages in problem solving to facilitate PMD issue resolution at AHOwned Residential Communities
- Attends owner-architect-contractor meetings to ensure AHA interests are represented.
- Conducts periodic site visits to check on landscaping, janitorial, safety and general maintenance measuring expected service level and reviews and tracks corrective action if needed.
