- LB&B Associates Inc. is currently seeking a Facilities Manager (Project Manager) to oversee contracts to provide operations and mechanical maintenance services for facilities.
- Position reports to the Senior Vice President of Facilities.
- The Facilities Manager shall have at a minimum a high school diploma and 5 years of recent (within the past 7 years) experience in the management and supervision of building mechanical maintenance operations for large buildings of the approximate size (multiple facilities totaling over 300,000 square feet) and characteristics of the buildings to be covered by this contract.
- Manage skilled trades, custodial and supporting staff, ensuring the same quality of service across all facilities.
- Oversee the operation and maintenance of machinery, equipment, and electrical and mechanical systems, and be knowledgeable in the maintenance and repair of the mechanical systems
