- Coney Island Prep is looking for a Facilities Manager who will be on site to oversee our High School and Middle School campuses and who will have a direct impact on scholar success.
- The Facilities Manager will be hired by and will report to the Director of Facilities.
- Conduct daily walkthroughs of the High School's interior and exterior spaces; oversee waste management and daily fire alarm inspections
- Coordinate with the Director of Facilities to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and inspections (e.g. FDNY, DEP, DOB, DOH); oversee any necessary repairs
- Participate in the management, implementation, and renewal of vendor contracts, invoice payments, and record keeping; manage expenses against an annual budget and participate in mid and end-of-year budget reviews with the Director of Facilities
