- Under the general supervision of the Director of Facilities & Projects, the Facilities Manager provides oversight of all facility maintenance activities at the North East and Elkton Station campuses to ensure a safe, healthy, and comfortable environment for students, faculty, and staff.
- This position will manage 4 direct reports to include Maintenance Supervisor, Grounds Supervisor, Custodial Supervisor and Auxiliary Services Supervisor.
- Works in conjunction with Director of Facilities & Projects to manage facilities department budget.
- Education: Associate degree required.
