- Reporting to the Facilities Director you will be responsible for managing and supervising fully integrated facilities services including building maintenance, project and construction management.
- The Facilities Manager will oversee a staff of 20 employees, leads and supervisors.
- Having solid understanding utilizing CMMS systems to schedule, assign, reviewing work orders and Preventative Maintenance schedules is critical to this role.
