- Overview Provides coordination of facilities services (contract and maintenance personnel, equipment repair, etc.)
- Knowledge to perform minor troubleshooting/diagnostics of building and HVAC assets including electrical circuitry, plumbing, emergency generators, and fire suppression systems.
- The Facilities Coordinator position works in concert with the Facilities Manager and or Director of Real Estate and Facilities to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
- Responsible for coordination of maintenance and repair for 6 facilities with approximately 200K square feet combined.
- Coordinate the activities of facility professionals and construction contractors to ensure that facilities for DCA, ATC, Tuscany, and satellite offices are completed within time, cost, and quality constraints.
