- This includes stock replenishment of facilities, moves/changes, and reporting of any issues with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, reactive maintenance to the appropriate repair teams.
- In addition, as the Facilities Associate, you will be assisting with employee engagement activities, monthly lunches, and other company events.
- Assist with office moves/set ups, including ordering, arranging, moving, and assembling furniture.
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly inspection and maintenance of building and HVAC roof motors and fans and replace as needed.
- Facilities maintenance and housekeeping duties with optimum service levels.
