- The Executive Director, Life Company Product Marketing will lead Life, Health and Annuity product marketers to acquire new business, shape and implement product-specific marketing strategies, focus on performance metrics, and deliver measurable results.
- Accountable for accelerating growth through continuous test-and learn agenda, improvement of paid and owned channel marketing efforts, and expert allocation of marketing investments.
- Effectively partners with key stakeholders in and outside of marketing (in particular, business counterparts) to best shape product marketing strategy across Life Company products.
- Provide thought leadership within and keen awareness of the external business environment and digital marketing space, with established network of external partners to inspire out-of-box thinking.
- 10+ years of relevant work experience in financial services with hands-on marketing experience in conversion channels (i.e.: Paid Search, Affiliates, Direct Mail).
