- The Teamsters Joint Council 83 Health & Welfare and Pension Funds (the Funds), located in Richmond, VA, are currently seeking an Executive Director
- Benefits (Executive Director) to oversee the administration of and run the office for three (3) multiemployer benefit plans covering more than 4,000 participants: one (1) defined benefit pension fund as well as two (2) health and welfare funds.
- The Executive Director position is a working management position and requires the Executive Director to be on-site and, in the office, on a full-time basis (this is not a remote or hybrid position).
- Assist in the maintenance and updating of systems to support the Funds recordkeeping, benefit processing and participant service needs; Assist IT professionals with the development of system requirements and implementation of any new benefits administration systems and tools.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience as an Executive Director or Administrator of one (1) or more multiemployer funds with full management responsibility, with respect to one (1) or more funds; accounting experience helpful, as well as experience/knowledge related to processing health claims.
