- Assist the CEO with daily administrative duties and complete any and all administrative tasks including managing an active calendar (professional as well as personal in some instances); complete expense reports; prepare correspondence; arrange complex and detailed travel plans (including coordinating with other EAs for Senior level executives that may be traveling with the CEO if necessary), itineraries, and agendas and compiling documents for meetings.
- Understand the organizational structure, strategic initiatives, policies, and procedures necessary to ensure appropriate prioritization and decision-making protocols are followed.
- Must have a high degree of technical aptitude to troubleshoot and resolve issues with VPN, Zoom; Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and DocuSign.
- Expert-level proofreading and editing skills.
- Proficient in the use of standard office equipment such as PBX telephone systems; personal computer and associated software (Microsoft Office – Work, PowerPoint, Excel, Project, Visio), and internet skills.
