- Responsible for travel arrangements, domestic and international, and developing complex itineraries, and agendas to include all meetings, times, locations, air or train travel, and car service; Must have the ability to fill in all blanks when necessary
- Arrange and coordinate meetings, venues, vendor management, room setup, prepare materials and arrange necessary audio/visual equipment
- Assist the Director of Administration with PSG events including but not limited to: Annual Meetings, CEO Conference, Holiday Party, Talent Development Initiatives, and process improvement initiatives
- Partnership with Maven for family planning and parenthood support, support including fertility & family building, maternity & newborn care, and parenting & pediatrics
