- The Event Coordinator supports the sales department in executing the important behind-the-scenes administrative functions that keep the Store functioning efficiently.
- The Event Coordinator is responsible for supporting the sales department by way of completing administrative duties & confirmation calls to finalize event details.
- Additionally, the Event Coordinator participates in the exciting sales process and is responsible for a portion of booking our valuable social market.
- Go above & beyond to ensure the needs of each Special Events Guest are met, communicating all requests from host to ensure all contracts are updated accordingly.
- Take RFP's and calls for social events, converting them to closed "won" business.
