- The successful candidate will professionally prepare complete and thorough estimates for trades, including all subcontracts and equipment pricing, bringing these estimates to the point of review by Management.
- Communication: Prepare, coordinate, and convey project-related instructions, information, questions, and clarifications between management and various vendor/subcontract groups.
- Document Review: Review all document scope and take-off inconsistencies, providing direction to the estimating department in line with company procedures.
- Estimate Review: Ensure accuracy and completeness by reviewing the estimate prior to bid wrap-up.
- Cost Control Tools: Prepare estimates that can be used as cost control and management tools by operating personnel.
