- The role of the Estimating Coordinator is to assist the Estimating Department with projected related tasks, document control, office-to-field communications, and the overall success of the construction project.
- Download, organize, manage, and distribute bid documents in multiple databases.
- Attend site visits and meetings to take photographs, document site conditions, gather questions and requests for information, and perform due diligence.
- Review RFP's for milestone dates and send necessary information and calendar invites to estimating, project, and marketing teams.
- Be willing to take direction, instructions and constructive feedback from VP of Pre-Construction, Ownership, the Preconstruction team, and JDL management regarding assignments.
