THE POSITION Our roster has an opening with your name on it FanDuel is looking for an Equity Compensation Senior Manager to join our team. You will play a key role in helping to support and assist the Compensation team in planning, designing, implementing, and communicating equity compensation policies and practices aimed at enabling FanDuel to bring in the best talent to drive great business performance. You will be able to leverage your curiosity to analyze data and come up with creative solutions to set the foundation and support our complex growing business. THE GAME PLAN Everyone on our team has a part to play <ul><li>Provide full scale administration support of FanDuel's equity compensation and employee stock purchase programs through partnership with parent company </li><li>Responsible for supporting the issuance of new grants, exercises, cancellations, and vesting event planning and execution in partnership with other equity plan stakeholders </li><li>Provide accurate, timely information to key business stakeholders (i.e., Tax, Payroll, Finance, People Team) and support tax and regulatory compliance </li><li>Function as primary point of contact for both employee inquiries and external providers on all equity plan administration related matters </li><li>Handle the data management and integrity of equity plans between systems and providers, including overseeing data transfers, troubleshooting issues, and engaging with partners </li><li>Maintain the annual incentive pool model, provide input to plan design and model out performance scenarios </li><li>Assist HR Partners and managers on equity compensation-related inquiries or analytics as requested </li><li>Develop and maintain educational materials and other resources related to LTI equity compensation; lead employee training sessions as needed </li><li>Develop guidelines and document procedures for various equity compensation-related processes </li><li>Participate in other minor projects for the Total Rewards team as assigned such as executive compensation benchmarking and year-end compensation process support </li> </ul> THE STATS What we're looking for in our next teammate <ul><li>Minimum of 6 years of relevant professional experience, with at least 4+ years of serving in a long-term incentive administration role </li><li>Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or Accounting </li><li>Advanced proficiency with Office Applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint </li><li>Results oriented with natural curiosity to solve-problems and come up with actionable solutions </li><li>Strong working knowledge of equity plans, various equity award types, equity security terminology </li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a lot of ambiguity </li><li>Highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented </li><li>Ability to consolidate and work with large volumes of data </li><li>Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. </li><li>Interest in Fantasy Sports and/or Sports Gaming preferred </li> </ul> PLAYER BENEFITS We treat our team right From our many opportunities for professional development to our generous insurance and paid leave policies, we're committed to making sure our employees get as much out of FanDuel as we ask them to give. The applicable salary range for this position is $124,000 - $170,500, which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k) matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock program participation.
