- APTIM is currently seeking an Environmental Scientist to support site investigation, characterization, and remedial actions primarily at the Hunters Point Naval Shipyard (HPNS) project site located in the San Francisco Bay area.
- Collect environmental samples in the field from various media including air, groundwater, surface water, and soil.
- Review historical documents and prepare summary materials, including tables and figures to support defining the current nature and extent of soil and/or groundwater contamination and aid in designing remedial strategies for cleanup of sites under RCRA and CERCLA regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in Geology, Environmental Science, Chemistry or Engineering, or related degree required.
