- An opportunity exists for highly motivated, personable, and organized Environmental Scientist and Regulatory Environmental Consultant looking to advance their career as part of our growing Team of Environmental Permitting and Assessment Professionals in New Hampshire.
- Lead our teams that collect and report on tasks, including wetland delineations, threatened and endangered species surveys, habitat characterizations, land use mapping and vegetation cover classification, and other natural resource focused surveys.
- Prepare, coordinate, and review permit applications for the US Army Corps of Engineers (ACOE) and New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services (NHDES) and consult with the NH Fish and Game Department (NHFG), NH Natural Heritage Bureau, US Fish and Wildlife Service, NH Department of Transportation, NH Division of Historical Resources, and other applicable agencies associated with reviewing large scale development or infrastructure improvement activities.
- Use permitting and natural resource knowledge and experience to advise contractors and clients on site visits and project meetings.
- Experience with local, state, and federal environmental permitting in New Hampshire, including experience with NHDES wetland and water quality rules, ACOE NH General Permit, 2022 EPA Construction General Permit, NHFG Environmental Review procedures, and typical municipal permitting
