- The EHS Specialist has a pivotal role within the business to drive and embed Health and Safety to complement existing and future Warn Automotive policies and procedures.
- This includes championing Health & Safety efforts in regulatory compliance, injury prevention, workers compensation, and risk management.
- The EHS Specialist will also administer company Warn Automotives Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Management System with the support of the Warn Automotive Environmental Engineer.
- The essential functions of this position include: plan, implement and coordinate safety programs, requiring application of engineering principles and technology, to prevent or correct unsafe environmental working conditions, to reduce risk, control costs, analyze and ensure compliance throughout all business functions.
- Drive improvement and track goal(s) achievement through collection, analysis, and communication of EHS and KPI data (including but not limited to programs evaluation, workplace audits, training completion, injuries and illnesses and other significant events in Enablon management system).
