- Legal Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough legal research and analysis on complex issues relevant to entertainment law, and provide strategic guidance and recommendations to clients and colleagues.
- Courtroom Representation: Represent clients in federal and state courts, as well as before administrative agencies, in all phases of litigation proceedings, including motion practice, discovery, hearings, trials, and appeals.
- Negotiation and Alternative Dispute Resolution: Participate in negotiation sessions and alternative dispute resolution processes, such as mediation and arbitration, to achieve favorable outcomes for clients while minimizing litigation costs and risks.
- Continuing Legal Education: Stay abreast of developments in entertainment law, litigation strategies, and industry trends through ongoing professional development, participation in legal seminars, and membership in relevant bar associations and professional organizations.
