- Characteristic Duties and Responsibilities 50% Lead/partner in the development of institutional and broader NSSC priorities through the efforts of identified focus areas including, but not limited to: Campus and Community Initiatives; Learning and Development; Marketing, Branding and Communications; Intercultural Awareness and Engagement; and High Impact Experiences and Experiential Learning.
- Convenes the neighborhood Core and Success Teams with representatives from various colleges, Residence Education, Culinary Services, the neighborhood health clinics, on-site academic advising services, CAPS, campus police and other neighborhood partners, which may vary by neighborhood.
- Provides pertinent information to the Assistant Dean for Student Success Initiatives and Director of the Neighborhood Student Success Center (NSSC) to engage other campus partners, evaluate impact, and generate reports to ensure the quality and access of student support services for intellectual development, increased sense of belonging and sustain institutional navigation.
- Establishes relationships with colleges and other academic support units to build collaborative partnerships to assist with institutional navigation and general academic support/success.
- Enables the provision of services, programs and activities in the neighborhood that are affiliated with all partners and practitioners engaged in student success efforts.
