- The Employee Health Nurse (EHN) is available for employee consultations regarding health issues; actively initiates and coordinates programs and provides corrective measures to promote wellness and protect the health of Community Medical Center and Clinics employees; complies with various agency requirements pertaining to health and safety.
- This is a non-union position reporting to the Human Resources Director with a dotted line to the CNO for nursing competency oversight and direction.
- Oversees Employee Vaccination, Annual Influenza Prevention, Post-Exposure Response, Immunity Requirements, Workplace Violence Prevention, PSN/Safety Events, Respiratory Protection, Ergonomics, and Employee Wellness programs.
- Solid understanding and application of basic epidemiology and infection prevention principles, along with familiarity in employee health or occupational health practices.
- Community Medical Center is a licensed 150 bed hospital comprising adult and pediatric health care delivery systems and is part of Lifepoint Health and Billings Clinic.
