- Lead and direct tasks and teams as part of an integrated client delivery team to anticipate and solve client challenges related to emergency management and homeland security
- Lead and direct analysis and research on homeland security and emergency management policy-, doctrine-, and operations-related topics, such as recovery operations
- Bachelor’s Degree in political science, public policy, social sciences, journalism, homeland security, emergency management, public health or other relevant field
- Minimum seven years of professional experience (Master’s Degree can be substituted for two years of experience), with relevant professional experience supporting policy-related projects, planning, or project management; preference given to those with experience in homeland security, emergency management, recovery operations/planning, or mitigation
