- ECT's are expected to understand and troubleshoot unique equipment, such as X-Rays, automatic guided vehicles and vendor-specific, non-standard controls.
- Knowledge of the following platforms and standards is desired: Intellution iFix, Wonderware InTouch, RS Asset Centre, SAP, Autocad, Wireless Technologies, Motion Controls, Robotics, High-speed Cameras, X-Ray, Calibrations, Checkweighers, Labelers (Ink and Laser), Electrician Certification, AC Power up to 480V DC power primarily below 50V.
- Design, install and/or troubleshoot electrical and electro-mechanical components such as motors, VFD's, motion systems, and electrical connection parts such as relays, termination blocks and sensors.
