- 7 years of experience in Electromagnetic Pulse (EMP), Electronic Environmental Effects (E3), Electromagnetic Interference (EMI), Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC), Electromagnetic Vulnerability (EMV), E3 Computation and Modeling, or EMP Naval Ordnance
- Experience testing at a variety of EMC, EMV, and EMP test facilities and capabilities including Mode Stirred chamber, Horizontally Polarized, Vertically Polarized, and Bonded Wave simulators
- Knowledge of Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics or Naval Architecture
