- The Electro-Mechanic Technician performs planned and scheduled maintenance repairs, and/or modification of the plant's mechanical and electrical systems.
- The Electro-Mechanic Technician is involved in fabrication, application, installation, and repair of mechanical and electromechanical equipment.
- The technician is responsible for a variety of duties including but not limited to line repairs, parts replacement, completing work orders, participation in PM's, cleaning, and lubricating equipment according to pre-set standards, performing teardowns and set-up of equipment and performing emergency troubleshooting and repairs when needed.
- Electro-Mechanic technicians are responsible for supporting the operation and maintenance of automated production equipment in a 24/7 food facility, while observing all safety regulations and ensuring GMP and quality standards are met to maintain the efficient flow of production.
