- This position will be responsible for performing the engineering and consulting services for clients across the US. Main responsibilities include working with the team to create electrical, instrumentation and controls components of pipeline facility design deliverables.
- Projects range in size and complexity from small utility regulator station upgrades to large metering and regulation or compressor station projects.
- Development of AC & DC power systems, one-line schematics diagrams, electrical wiring diagrams, electrical area classification drawings, grounding drawings and lighting plans.
- Perform basic calculations: short circuit, cable sizing, voltage drop, conduit sizing & fill, others.
- Design and specify electrical equipment including 15kV gear, 5kV gear, medium voltage motor control centers, low voltage motor control centers, transformers, uninterrupted power supplies (UPS), power distribution centers (PDC's) and other typical electrical equipment.
